Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen N700S-8000 Series ("N700S Kamome") Set

The N700S is a Shinkansen train series that entered service in 2020 and currently operates on the Tokaido and Sanyo Shinkansen lines.
An improved version of this series is set to be introduced on the Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen—scheduled to open in the autumn of 2022—where it will operate under the train name "Kamome."
